Return & Refund Policy

According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving their order — without needing to provide a reason.

How to request a return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Wait for our return confirmation and instructions.

3. Return the product in its original condition.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method used for purchase.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund.
